- Communicate with customers via phone to provide real-time updates on package status and delivery timelines
- Monitor shipments and proactively inform customers of delays, exceptions, or delivery issues
- Create and manage cases for disputed deliveries, including missing, delayed, or damaged packages
- Investigate delivery disputes by coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Document all customer interactions, cases, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
