I am currently serving as the Executive Director of the California Healthy Workplace Advocates Inc, which is a non-profit corporation. Prior to serving in this role, I was a Steward for 14 years for SEIU Local 1000. My Stewardship specialized in workplace bullying and abusive behaviors in the workplace for the union. I taught stewards several different trainings on this subject. I have also written a book to instruct Stewards on how to fight it in the workplace.
