I began my career as a Customer Service Representative,
providing frontline support through phone, chat, and email. In
this role, I assisted customers with inquiries, billing concerns, and
basic technical issues while consistently meeting KPIs such as
CSAT, QA, and productivity. As I grew more confident in customer
handling and product knowledge, I transitioned into a Sales
Representative role. There, I applied consultative selling
techniques, performed needs assessments, and met monthly
sales targets by offering personalized solutions that matched
customer requirements. My experience in both service and sales
eventually led me to become a Senior Customer Service
Representative, where I handled complex issues, escalation calls,
and high-priority cases. I also supported the team by mentoring
new members, guiding them through processes, and helping
improve overall performance. In this senior role, I balanced both
service and sales expectations, maintained strong customer
satisfaction, and contributed to workflow improvements across
the team.
