• Built and maintained a vendor management database of 100+ suppliers using ERP, MIS, and supply chain management software; performed regular supplier evaluations, supplier audits, and price benchmarking to ensure vendor compliance, quality standards, and supply chain resilience.
• Reduced procurement lead-time delays by 20% by restructuring reporting workflows using advanced Microsoft Excel dashboards and ERP/MIS systems for real-time budget tracking and procurement reporting.
