How does LegalShield Work?
Your LegalShield Membership gives you access to a network of law firms in the United States & 5 Canadian Provinces for a low monthly or annual fee.
Purchase any one of the 3 personal needs legal plans, as an annual membership, you will receive a 10% discount!!!
The law firms give you access to attorneys who specialize in different areas of law.
You just have to decide if you need assistance with business legal needs, personal legal needs, or both.
Then based upon that decision, you can purchase a small business legal plan, personal legal needs plan, or both.
One personal legal needs plan membership covers the primary member, spouse or significant other, and dependent children up to age 26 if they are full-time students.
The business legal plans are for for-profit businesses only.
I strongly encourage Business Owners to add the Business Trial Defense Supplement to the Plus or Pro Small Business Legal Plan. It gives you 100 hours of trial defense, per membership year, if your business is named in a law suit

I worked in the Corporate Environment for several years, before I began to realize that there were limits to working for someone else. Limits in earning potential, advancement, recognition, and freedom.
My dreams and goals were bigger than what a, "traditional job," could ever provide.
I wanted to provide a service that improved people's lives, be financially independent, be recognized for my efforts, and have unlimited advancement opportunities.
So I began to read and research other opportunities. Studied what wealthy, and successful people did to reach their goals. Learned from and re-evaluated my past choices, and then changed my course of action.
A few things that I learned:
1.) To dream bigger dreams.
2.) To sacrifice short-term gratification for long term success.
3.) To commit to a never quit attitude.
4.) To learn from failure.
5.) To always seek knowledge.
My, "Ideal Referral Partners," are Home-Based or Brick and Mortar, Small Business Owners.
I also want to partner with Business Consultants, Business Accountants, and other professionals who provide products or services to the small business community.
We are all dedicated to helping small business owners manage their business' more effectively & efficiently, so they can focus on making it grow.
