PropTales (proptales.us): turns a property listing into an interactive story website. Copy is generated server side, a vision model selects and orders the photography, AI video generation is built in, and a headless embed API lets partners run it inside their own sites. Lead capture scores engagement, so an agent sees who actually paid attention rather than who clicked.
Gate (gate.debary.us): checks real estate advertising against fair housing law before it goes out. 81 rules, 35 required disclosures, six states, every rule carried with its legal citation. No language model sits in the decision path, so the same text always returns the same finding. Each check is anchored on chain, which leaves a timestamped, tamper evident record of what was flagged and when.
rent-an-agent.ai: privacy first, self hosted AI agent platform shipped as a Docker container. The technical base the other two are built on.
Alongside the products: AI consulting and project management for businesses, and executive training and workshops for leadership teams.
Core capabilities: AI native product design, agent workflows, multi model orchestration, API design, system architecture, automation pipelines.

Deep self study of LLM architecture, agentic workflows and multi model orchestration. Moved from directing development teams to building the systems myself.
Built the foundation for enterprise grade, self hosted AI agents, with a focus on data sovereignty and compliance in regulated industries. That work became rent-an-agent.ai.
Result: three products live since 2026.

I'm Marc de Bary, founder of DE BARY LLC (debary.us) in Austin, TX. I build AI systems for real estate: PropTales turns a listing into a story page a buyer actually reads, and Gate checks the advertising against fair housing law before it goes out, leaving a timestamped record of every check. Both run on rent-an-agent.ai, the self hosted agent platform underneath.
Beyond the products, I work with companies through DE BARY LLC as an AI consultant and project manager, helping leadership teams define AI strategy, scope the right use cases, and ship working solutions. I also run executive training and employee workshops for organizations that want to move from AI curiosity to AI competence.
My longer term focus is the Agentic Economy, the emerging layer where AI agents discover, call, and settle services autonomously. I am particularly interested in sovereign identity and machine to machine communication: systems where agents transact without traditional intermediaries.
