Born and raised in Big Spring, Nancy Raney is a true West Texan with deep roots in agriculture, land, and community. Having lived in the area her entire life, Nancy brings firsthand knowledge of the land, lifestyle, and values that define Big Spring and the surrounding West Texas region.

Nancy and her husband own and operate a working hay farm, giving her real-world experience in farm and ranch operations, land use, water, fencing, grazing, and rural property management. That hands-on background allows her to serve farm, ranch, and rural land buyers and sellers with insight that goes far beyond the paperwork.
