Responsible for processing all payments to vendors and Service, Tuition reimbursement to employees
Responsible for coordinating travel payments including registration payments, Airfare, Advance settlement payment to employees.
Processing Extraditions requests to supreme court of VA, including submission of reimbursement & tracking of receipt of payments.
Managing the part of procurement process such as purchase orders workbooks to track orders and blanket order balances & verify the P- cards transactions for command staff
Managing the funds for funerary & memorial flowers, Police cadets, funds receive and disbursed for operation of police cadet program also responsible for metro Aviation units for monthly billing to Richmond and chesterfield for portion of expenses incurred for operation of the air unit.
Managing the False Alarm Billing and reviewing alarm setup in Night card system and print daily batch notice and mail.
