I’m Jessy, founder of Lotus & Light, and I’m so excited to be here and connect with this community.

A little about me as a person-I’m deeply values-driven, heart-led, and grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen best in spaces that feel safe, supportive, and human. I’m a mom, a wife, a community builder, and someone who truly believes that lived experience can become a powerful source of connection and purpose.

Through Lotus & Light, I create trauma-informed spaces-retreats, workshops, and community experiences-for women (and teenagers) who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and grow with intention. Alongside this work, I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the goal of expanding this work into a formal counseling practice rooted in compassion, nervous-system awareness, and whole-person care.

I joined Skyler Network because I value genuine connection, collaboration, and learning from others who care about impact as much as integrity. I’d love to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, clinicians, creatives, and community leaders-especially those passionate about wellness, mental health, and building meaningful work that truly serves others.
