What a marketing agency changed my mind about

A few weeks ago I showed PropTales to a marketing agency that builds the technical side for a top-producing agent. I asked for honest feedback and I got it.

Their point was about where the traffic and the search value land. An agent building their own brand wants both on their own page, not on someone else's. Hard to argue with, so I rebuilt that part.

You can now take a PropTales story and paste it straight into a page on your own website. It goes in as ordinary text and images, which means Google and the AI assistants read it on your domain. And if you would rather host the whole story yourself, the downloadable version names your domain as the original.

The same conversation shaped the reel editor. You choose the photos, write your own line for each one, pick vertical for social or horizontal for your site, and keep your own branding, with no second editing app involved.

A question for the agents here, because I am genuinely unsure: when you publish a listing, where do you want it to live? Your own site, the MLS, social, or simply wherever it gets seen?
