🌿 Back to the Basics in the Midst of Struggle 🌿
No matter the source or intensity, there’s something about struggle—especially for those of us who are neurodivergent or navigating heavy emotional terrain—that simplifies life.
It strips away the distractions and brings us back to what really matters.
In those moments of deep overwhelm, I don’t reach for perfection—I reach for peace.
I return to my roots:
🕊️ Stillness
🙏 Prayer
💡 Trust
🌱 And the deep knowing that God is with me—even in this.
I remind myself:
✨ This is not an accident.
✨ I am not broken.
✨ God is sovereign, even here.
Hebrews 5:8 reminds us:
“Even though Jesus was God’s Son, he learned obedience from the things he suffered.”
If Jesus Himself grew through suffering, there must be purpose in mine too.
To all who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or out of place: your differences are not mistakes—they’re part of your mission. Keep going. Keep resting. Keep believing. 🧠💛
