The Power of Accountability for Coaches: Why You Don’t Need More Motivation—You Need Support
Let’s be honest—most of us don’t struggle with knowing what to do. We struggle with actually doing it.
Whether it’s reaching out to potential clients, staying consistent with your content, or following through on that program idea you’ve been sitting on... the gap between intention and action is real. And if you’re trying to do it all on your own, that gap can feel even wider.
As someone who’s been coaching for over 20 years, I’ve seen this firsthand. My journey started during my mat leave in 2002–2003 with my second daughter. I was a social worker at the time, and while navigating motherhood myself, I began part-time educating, training, and coaching parents. I had babies on my hip and passion in my heart—and I knew I was being called to more.
Over the years, my work evolved… but one thing never changed: I had to build my business around my family—not the other way around. That meant making intentional choices, growing slowly, and staying anchored in my values, even when it wasn’t easy.
Motivation fades. Accountability follows through.
Here’s the truth: I don’t always feel like doing the thing. Especially when it involves putting myself out there (hello, introverted coach life). However, I’ve built a practice of naming my goals out loud—to a group, a peer, a mentor (where trust is mutual)—because once I say it, I do it.
Why? Because I value integrity. And I know that when I commit in community, I show up.
That’s why accountability is woven into everything I teach—not as pressure, but as support. Because it’s what helped me keep going through all the seasons of life: babies, transitions, grief, reinvention, and now… legacy.
If you’re a new coach, you don’t need to do this alone.
I work primarily with new and emerging coaches—many of whom are building their business as a side hustle, navigating mom life, or starting with very little time, energy, or income.
I understand this stage deeply because I’ve lived every version of it:
Waking up at 5 a.m. to squeeze in personal and professional growth before the day began
Building a business during nap time
Creating content in the car while waiting for school pick-up
Coaching clients during small windows of “me” time
Wondering if I was “ready enough” to be seen and supported
I know what it’s like to be mission-driven and exhausted. To be called to help others, while still trying to hold it all together yourself. To want to build something meaningful, but not feel like you have the bandwidth or belief just yet.
This is exactly why I’m so passionate about helping coaches like you.
Because I was you. And I wished for someone like me—someone to walk with me, cheer me on, show me what was possible, and meet me where I was… not where I “should” be.
That’s why I offer:

✔ Flexible pricing and accessible investment options
✔ Judgment-free support for those who are learning, taking action, and staying committed to their growth
If you’re willing to show up for yourself, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
