Step 3: You Already Know What's True Your body has been telling you the truth your whole life. Let's listen.
1. Has your body ever said "yes" before you could think about it? Meeting someone and instantly feeling comfortable. Walking into a place that just felt right. What did that "yes" feel like in your body?
2. Have you ever felt "no" in your body when everyone else said it was fine? A situation that looked good but felt wrong. Someone who seemed nice but made you uneasy. Where did you feel that "no"?
3. When something is truly right for you, what happens in your body? Does your breathing get easier? Do your shoulders drop? Do you feel more solid, more open?
4. When something is wrong, how does your body respond? Do you tense up? Does your stomach tighten? Do you want to step back or leave?
5. Have you ever said "yes" when your whole body was saying "no"? What happened after? Did things work out the way you hoped?
6. Have you ever ignored that gut feeling and regretted it later? Was the feeling trying to tell you something true? How long had it been there before you finally listened?
7. Can you sense what's true before you can explain why? That immediate knowing that something is right or wrong. The feeling that comes before the reasons.
8. When your thoughts are spinning and confused, does your body still know? What happens when you get quiet and listen to what you actually feel?
What You Just Discovered Your body has never stopped telling you the truth. It knows what's good for you and what isn't. It feels what's real and what's not.
You don't need anyone else to tell you what's right for you. You already know. You've always known.
This isn't something you have to learn or develop. It's something you are, a being who can sense truth directly, who knows what feels right and what doesn't.
This is your undeniable inner truth: You have direct access to knowing. Your body speaks clearly. When you listen, it guides you toward what's real and away from what isn't.
Everything we explore together builds from this, from your own capacity to feel and know what's true for you.
