At UMT, I served as an Academic Coordinator, where I was responsible for handling a wide range of academic and administrative functions. My key responsibilities included managing course offerings, overseeing thesis submissions, maintaining the departmental website, and operating the student portal (ERP). I also prepared timetables, reviewed synopsis submissions, organized departmental events and symposiums, scheduled meetings, and managed date sheets, exam schedules, and admission tests. In other words, I was actively involved in performing and coordinating all major academic tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations and supporting both faculty and students effectively.
